The Qualifying Organization Program allows select organizations to receive custom software development services with minimal upfront investment. Organizations pay only a 10% initiation fee to begin development, with the remaining 90% due upon project completion.
This program is designed to support mission-aligned organizations while ensuring project success for both parties.
To be considered for this program, organizations must meet ALL of the following requirements:
Organization's core values and mission must align with Faith principles and ethical business practices.
Must be a registered nonprofit, church, ministry, or mission-driven business with proper documentation.
Provide proof of ability to pay upon project completion (bank statements, financial reports, or credit verification).
Project must fall within our acceptable range (R5,000 - R50,000 total value).
We evaluate applications based on:
(excl. VAT) due before development commences
(excl. VAT) due within 15 days of completion
Must be signed before development begins.
Signature creates legal obligation for payment upon delivery.
Cannot cancel once development has started.
Must provide feedback/content promptly.
We guarantee delivery according to specification or provide full refund.
All work includes our standard 3-month support guarantee.
Price guaranteed based on signed specification.
Changes to specification may result in additional costs.
