Maximum Liability: Total project fees paid

No Warranty: Third-party integrations, hosting, external services
Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control
Client indemnifies UORIVO against claims arising from client-provided content, data, or instructions.
We maintain strict confidentiality of:
